Something New !! In September 2010, the first of my art renderings will be hanging in the Uptown Art Gallery, hosted by the Macon County Art Association, in Franklin, NC. This is in Western North Carolina about 20 miles north of Clayton, GA and one and one half hours south of Asheville, NC. These are art pieces done by me and can only be seen at this gallery. I have been working up to this for a long time and now is the time for me to show my work. There is much more to come. I am so glad to be plugged into the Community of Franklin and Macon County. Most wonderful people who have a lot of respect for personal creativity. My renderings are different than many but part of my heart and mind is being transferred to canvas for others to hopefully see what is on the inside. I want my art to be authentic, unique, and powerful enough to grab a part of you that won’t let go. As I introduce new pieces in the coming months, I hope you find them deep, thoughtful, and worthy of capturing life that we all relate with strongly. Some are just soothing while others may be cutting edge and revealing of my thoughts on life. If I can have the time to put what is inside of me onto canvas, then I have many decades left.
